Principal 5G Location Algorithms Engineer

Job Summary
Design, implement, and optimize advanced 5G location estimation algorithms to enable precise real-world positioning using 5G and other radio signals. Develop and prototype enhancements to existing location-estimation methods, build and validate signal-processing models in MATLAB and Python, and collaborate with software engineering teams to deploy algorithmic solutions into production. Contribute to a growing patent and IP portfolio while advancing core algorithms behind a real-time positioning platform.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field—or equivalent research experience—focused on radiolocation or radionavigation
- Strong understanding of OFDM, Zadoff-Chu sequences, and parameter estimation techniques for radio signals
- Expertise in time-based location techniques
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for algorithm development
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a readiness to contribute in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
