Job Summary
Greet guests cheerfully at the bag drop, assist with equipment unloading, and provide rides to the pro shop. Prepare golf carts with scorecards, water, and towels, then wash and sanitize them before and after each round. Break down the driving range in the P.M., remove all balls and baskets, and perform scheduled range duties. Maintain accurate records of receipts and equipment on starter sheets while keeping constant communication with the Starter. Clean player clubs after rounds and cover other areas such as picking up disabled carts or assisting bag staff if short-handed. Report irrigation breaks or accidents to the golf shop.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 2 years clean driver's abstract
- One year customer service experience or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency with English language
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions from management
- Must occasionally lift, carry, push and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required for this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Available to be scheduled on weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Golf course experience preferred
- Second language highly desirable with Japanese as the most desired
