Job Summary
Lead with business stakeholders to build analytics solutions and insights for Global Operations & Supply Chain, focusing on procurement and supplier management. Partners with cross-functional teams to understand and solve business problems, capture requirements, and drive analytics products from ideation to deployment. Responsible for analytics workflows, user insights, and educating stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions. Open to fully remote work with a preference for proximity to US Medtronic facilities; travel up to 25% and U.S. work authorization sponsorship for Principal-level roles and above. Travel up to 25% or once a quarter; role involves collaboration with Analytics Development Team, COEs, and cross-functional partners; experience with AI, SQL, visualization tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate), and Agile methodologies; knowledge of regulated environments such as medical devices; salary range $123,200 - $184,800; comprehensive benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations analytics, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain and operations analytics
- Experience in procurement and supplier management is required
