Job Summary
Role focuses on reviewing and resolving failing trades in settlements for hedge fund clients in Europe; responsibilities include ensuring accurate, timely settlements; proactive management of failing settlements to minimize risk and penalties; collaborating with brokers and internal teams; building trusted relationships; responding to daily queries and leading meetings; using data analytics to identify patterns and drive improvements; supports implementation of strategic development and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to act and communicate with humility, empathy and kindness
- Proven track record of being a subject matter expert (any product or workflow) in a previous role
- Proven ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple, digestible way to varied audiences
- A very disciplined attitude to operational risk management
- The ability to work with large data sets to pull trends and provide meaningful feedback to influence client and broker behaviour
- The ability to bring multiple groups together to solve a problem and hold people accountable for their actions
