Prime Time Assistant Site Lead

Prime Time Site Assistant leads Prime Time activities in the absence of the Prime-Time Lead, supervises Prime Time Aides, and organizes age-appropriate activities, snacks, homework help, and a safe learning environment. Responsibilities include coordinating activity planning, maintaining logs/reports, communicating with teachers/parents/agency personnel, designing activities for staff, managing materials and classroom setup, inspecting equipment, maintaining files, and overseeing site activities during lead absence to ensure safe operations. Required skills include safety practices, classroom management, record-keeping, first aid, math basics, effective communication with diverse groups, teamwork, organization, and priority setting. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; experience in day care or after-school programs; CPR/First Aid certification; background check clearance. This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible position at Blue Springs Before and After-School Program, located in Blue Springs, Missouri, with an hourly salary range of $15.81 to $21.81. The role reports to the Prime-Time Lead and requires working on-site.
