Job Summary
Analyst role focused on leading and coordinating end-to-end client onboarding for Prime Financial Services, including multi-asset class onboarding (Equity/Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, FX Prime Brokerage, Futures and Derivatives Clearing, Equity Derivatives, Repo Financing). Responsibilities include leading onboarding deal teams, establishing client relationships with COOs and CFOs, managing a diverse client base (Hedge Funds, Alternatives, Banks, Asset Managers, Pension Funds), translating client strategy into relevant JP Morgan products and legal entities, developing product knowledge across the PFS suite, understanding commercial and risk asks from a new launch perspective, directing go-live delivery, acting as escalation point, data aggregation, and creating procedures/templates for initiatives. Requirements include 1-3 years in a client-facing financial services role, strong relationship-building and project-management skills, independent work capability, and a Bachelor’s degree with FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain soon after hire); preferred qualifications include advanced analytics experience and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered or able to be obtained shortly after hire
- 1-3 years in a client-facing role within the financial services industry
- General understanding of the alternatives and institutional client landscape, with insight into the financing and clearing products used in their strategies
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and internal partner groups
- Solutions-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver within tight and changeable timeframes
- Confident, driven, proactive self-starter able to work independently and escalate issues when required
- Inquisitive and investigative, eager to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
