Job Summary
Prime Financial Services Onboarding Associate leads end-to-end client onboarding across the Prime Brokerage platform in Asia Pacific, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to plan, test, and deliver production-ready integrations; owns pre-go-live testing, coordinates signoffs, and ensures accurate operational setup and seamless transition across multiple products; serves as SME on Prime products and provides updates to senior stakeholders; collaborates with global teams across NY, Houston, London, HK, Manila, Bangalore, and Buenos Aires to deliver a unified client experience across cash, equity swaps, fixed income, stock loan, and global clearing; requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of operations/prime finance middle office experience, strong communication and leadership, project management, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of work experience in Operations and/or Prime Finance Middle Office within the Banking industry
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to provide clear communication of progress
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for all on-boards
- Self-directed, highly motivated, ability to work independently as well as strong team player
- Highly organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
- Positive “Can Do” attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good project management skills as each client on board is a project in itself working to tight deadlines
- Must have the ability to talk to external and internal clients confidently within all business areas of the firm
- Ability to act with urgency, and analytical with good problem solving skills
