Job Summary
Prime Financial Services Middle Office Associate responsible for end-to-end transaction management for hedge fund clients, driving STP improvements, and delivering client service across a global team. You will perform root-cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries, manage trade capture, settlement exceptions, and cash management, provide subject matter expertise to hedge fund clients, and partner with technology/strategy teams to deliver system enhancements. The role requires strong communication across client-facing and internal teams, a focus on timely deadlines, and a willingness to collaborate in a follow-the-sun operating model to ensure global coverage.
Required Qualifications
