Prime Financial Services - Alternatives Account Manager/Associate serves as the primary point of contact for Hedge Fund clients, delivering expert guidance across the PFS product suite including Cash Prime Brokerage, Synthetic Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, FX Prime Brokerage, and OTC/ETD Clearing. Focused on driving commercial outcomes in partnership with Sales and Trading, the role requires understanding each client’s business and objectives, responding to product- and platform-related requests, designing solutions with Product Development where needed, monitoring client feedback, managing lifecycle events, maintaining the control framework, assessing operational risk, and acting as an escalation point for client issues. Demonstrates strong client service orientation, analytical ability, and a business-owner mindset, with ability to articulate complex topics to internal and external stakeholders. The role may involve meeting UK regulatory requirements in assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence.
