Job Summary
Maintain a reasonable caseload including individual and family sessions while completing all necessary documentation on time in the EMR. Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups, and complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission. Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings to present cases and coordinate after-care with parents and the Discharge Coordinator. This role requires a flexible professional available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm, with an 8-hour workday. Candidates must hold an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or associate degree and pass a background check. Required Qualifications
- LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Exceptional clinical judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm
- Actual workday of 8 hours within the 9am–5pm or 11am–7pm timeframe
- Fridays 9am - 5pm availability
