Primary Therapist

Primary Therapist responsible for Biopsychosocial assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, and conducting individual, family, and group therapy under the supervision of the Clinical Director. Role includes crisis intervention as needed, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaboration with other healthcare professionals for integrated care, participation in team meetings and supervision, adherence to ethical and legal standards, and supporting clients through recovery processes. Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling Psychology, or related field; licensure as LMHC/LMFT/LCSW preferred. Proficiency with electronic health records and CPR/First Aid certification is required. Location-based in Palm Beach Shores or West Palm Beach, FL; full-time position with benefits and competitive compensation.
