Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy to clients in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient settings while developing client-centered treatment plans. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and monitor progress to adjust approaches as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and case managers to coordinate care and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensure requirements. This full-time onsite role in Massachusetts offers a salary of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, health insurance subsidy, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health treatment setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience working with diverse populations
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
