Job Summary
Provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient intensive outpatient program setting. Responsible for assessing clients’ therapeutic needs, developing and updating treatment plans, and acting as the primary contact for clients and families throughout the treatment process. Coordinate care with referral sources and clinical partners, document thoroughly, participate in weekly team meetings, assist with discharge planning, and support overall clinical excellence in a doctoral-level outpatient mental health program in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree, PhD, PsyD, EdD or working toward license (MFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) in the state of Florida
- minimum of two years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with mental health and substance use disorders
