Job Summary
Primary Therapist conducts individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents; develops individualized treatment plans; completes biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, wellness and aftercare plans; coordinates with an interdisciplinary treatment team; may provide training to less experienced teammates. Colorado RCCF requirements apply; roles include case management elements and adherence to state licensure requirements. Responsibilities span treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration to support mood, anxiety, eating disorders, trauma-related conditions, and related comorbidity care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required)
- Fully licensed with appropriate state licensing board or in an associate/intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy (required)
