Job Summary
Operate as the point-person for assigned adolescent clients and their families, delivering individual and family therapy, facilitating groups, completing biopsychosocial and risk assessments, creating and updating comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring timely clinical documentation, and coordinating discharge planning within an intensive outpatient/adolescent residential program. Provide timely clinical updates in treatment team and psychiatry meetings, participate in on-call coverage, communicate medical necessity for insurance, and collaborate with the Program Director to align discharge dates and safety plans. Requires California-approved licensure or AMFT/ACSW/APCC credentialing, valid CA driver’s license, ability to pass LiveScan, and willingness to interact with COVID-positive clients. Full-time, onsite position with benefits including insurance, PTO, FSAs/HSA, EAP, retirement planning, ongoing professional training, and meals.
Required Qualifications
- Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC or licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in California
- Must possess a valid California Driver's license
- Must be able to pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
- Must be willing to interact with COVID-positive clients, as needed
