Primary Therapist

Assess client counseling needs and substance abuse diagnoses using DSM, PHQ-9, and Columbia Scale criteria to determine appropriate levels of care. Prepare treatment plans, develop discharge and continuum of care strategies, and document all clinical records, assessments, and referrals within 24 hours. Facilitate weekly group sessions and biweekly family contact while coordinating support services with legal, school, and employer sources. Provide crisis intervention using a multi-disciplinary team approach and manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure environment. Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings to accommodate client needs.
