Job Summary
Team Leader oversees a teaching/learning team for Pre-K to 5th grade, coordinating instructional planning, leading team meetings, developing schedules, organizing instruction, placing and grouping students, acting as liaison between teachers and the principal, selecting materials, coordinating facilities and equipment, delegating duties, supervising and evaluating student teachers and paraprofessionals, fostering school-community relationships including parent involvement, and supporting staff development with the principal. The role may include coordinating student medication administration and stepping in for the principal as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid West Virginia teaching certificate for Elementary School
