Job Summary
Deliver high-quality education and care for primary-aged children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, social, emotional, and mental health needs, including ADHD and complex learning difficulties. Support pupils in developing abilities, raising self-esteem, and achieving individual progress within a specialist day school environment. Collaborate with in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals to create tailored learning experiences that foster resilience and celebrate small victories. Work within an Ofsted-recognized specialist provider in South London, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and well-resourced setting for diverse young people.
