Job Summary
Oversees lunch and break supervision and aftercare for a class of primary school scholars to support student achievement, health, and safety. Enforces SPARK’s healthy food scheme, implements culture and behavior management strategies, facilitates enrichment experiences after school, supports homework, and ensures safe dismissal and communication with parents and line managers. Collaborates with school leaders and staff, assists with Learning Lab activities, covers for absent colleagues, and participates in ongoing staff development; role emphasizes professional conduct at SPARK events and engagement with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- English language fluency
- Previous experience managing or working with primary school-aged children
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 certificate
- Studying towards a First Year B.Ed Degree Preferred
