Job Summary
Design and develop market research questionnaires and discussion guides for quantitative and qualitative studies. Manage market research projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring delivery on time and within scope while providing regular status updates. Develop report templates, define data tabulation requirements, and review outputs from offshore teams to identify key findings and trends. Create high-quality client presentations and support the design of interactive dashboards. Conduct ad-hoc analyses using raw data to address client questions. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research. Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic is an advantage. Location: Algeria (Algiers preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research
- Proven experience designing and managing quantitative and/or qualitative market research projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience working in a client-facing environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural environment
- Fluent English
- Fluency in French
- Familiarity with the Algerian healthcare and pharmaceutical market
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools
