Primary Maintenance Person

Filter oil fryers daily, maintain outside grounds, and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms. Unload delivery trucks twice weekly, empty trash compactors, change light bulbs, and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roofs of debris. Assist management in achieving outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness while maintaining all restaurant equipment.
