Job Summary
Clean and sanitize equipment, complete preventative maintenance tasks, and calibrate machinery daily. Replace filters, gaskets, and belts while cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and condensers. Inspect bulk CO2 and Coke tanks, manage operations and cleaning supplies, and oversee building upkeep. Maintain outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness to ensure all systems function as expected.
