Build patient charts in the EMR, enter medication lists, and verify insurance details. Map patient visits, schedule new appointments, and communicate with patients and their care partners. Follow up with referral sources and track new patient referrals. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of customer service experience, and healthcare experience preferred.
