Primary Design Engineer

Establish the list of documents for the field of activity based on tender and contract analysis. Plan basic and detailed design activities, manage execution progress, and coordinate engineering documentation for procurement, manufacturing, and site erection. Evaluate engineering workload and deliverables dates, commit to budgets in man days, and ensure on-time delivery of design and partner documents to stakeholders. Anticipate delivery issues, lead the design team, and coordinate technical meetings with partners to synchronize designs. Analyze customer technical requirements, represent customer interests in design decisions, and propose solutions for design issues. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, check design consistency, and look for cost optimization in all design phases.
