Primary Counselor

The Primary Counselor will provide counseling and facilitate groups for clients, focusing on developing coping skills for lower levels of care. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating group content, maintaining documentation, conducting behavioral counseling, participating in crisis intervention, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, with 1 year of mental health experience preferred. The position is full-time and supports ongoing education and training for new graduates.
