Job Summary
Coordinate recovery plan meetings, treatment planning, and discharge planning for assigned caseloads. Conduct individual CBT and DBT sessions weekly, lead core groups, and facilitate day treatment curriculum. Develop and revise individualized recovery plans with day treatment schedules, while overseeing daily coverage for assigned tracks. Complete weekly supervision, bi-weekly group supervision, and master's level intern supervision. Maintain client contact with families monthly, conduct insurance reviews, and complete weekly symptom assessments. Participate in on-call rotation for four weeks annually and attend continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in related field (i.e.; Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
- Prior training/experience with CBT and/or DBT group and/or individual counseling
- Prior experience in partial hospitalization/day treatment setting for chronically mentally ill
- License preferred
