Primary Care Veterinary Clinician

Job Summary
Provide high-quality, relationship-centred clinical care to dogs and cats with exposure to avian exotics and hospitalised small ruminants; participate in primary care and urgent/emergency cases across afterhours and weekend services; actively contribute to clinical teaching, instruction, and supervision of undergraduate veterinary science and veterinary technology students, as well as mentoring interns and junior clinicians; support continuous improvement initiatives, clinical leadership, and effective day-to-day hospital operations in alignment with university and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent, registrable in Queensland
- More than four years’ experience in general practice or emergency critical care
- Award of membership of ANZCVS or equivalent is preferred but not required
