Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in a primary care team setting at PCHC Brewer Medical Center. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with providers and care teams in a truly collaborative primary care environment, focusing on triage, care coordination, and clinical decision-making to improve access and patient experience. The role offers a dayside schedule (4x10s or 5x8s) with no nights or weekends, plus a $3,000 sign-on/retention bonus for externally hired candidates. Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with unrestricted license to practice in the State of Maine
- 3 years nursing experience in inpatient, home health or hospice, and/or primary care preferred
- Experience in a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment preferred
- Up-to-date training and certification in Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) with requirement to obtain within 2 weeks if not current at hire
