Job Summary
Provide primary care services to patients aged 18+ at Adventist Health St. Helena's 151-bed facility in Napa Valley. Deliver comprehensive, destination-quality medical care within a faith-based, not-for-profit integrated health care delivery system. Collaborate with large specialty groups for referrals and participate in a shared clinic call rotation. Maintain BC/BE certification and CA licensure while adhering to annual vaccination requirements including flu, COVID-19, and measles/mumps. Join the Medical Group with a base wage scale of $300,000–$360,000, with total compensation varying based on bonuses, call coverage, and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
- BC/BE
- CA licensed or eligible
- meeting the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards
- all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, measles, mumps, flu (based on the seasonal availability of the flu vaccine typically during October-March each year), COVID-19 vaccine (required in CA and HI) or the option of COVID-19 vaccine or weekly testing (required in OR), etc.
