Job Summary
Sports Medicine physician role leading full-scope sports medicine care in a 1.0 FTE position at Kaiser Permanente Sports Medicine in Elk Grove, CA. Responsibilities include practicing full-scope sports medicine within an independent Sports Medicine Department, collaborating with another Sports Medicine physician and physical therapy, engaging in GME and CME teaching, and contributing to a robust sports medicine program that serves local teams and educational institutions. Must have board certification in a primary specialty (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med/Peds, or PM&R), completion of an accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship (CAQ preferred), and proficiency in point-of-care musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics and procedures. No call or Urgent Care responsibilities; opportunities for teaching residents and medical students; extensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
