Primary Care Sports Medicine

Practice full-scope sports medicine in an independent Sports Medicine Department at the Elk Grove Promenade facility, working alongside one other physician and collaborating closely with physical therapy. Perform common point of care musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics and procedures while maintaining no call or urgent care responsibilities. Engage with residents and medical students rotating through the department, offering significant opportunities for GME and CME teaching. This 1.0 FTE position falls under the Greater Sacramento Sports Medicine department, which includes four other physicians and a Sport Related Concussion Program.
