Job Summary
Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic while working closely with providers. Utilize proficiency with the Epic EMR system to perform timely and thorough patient triage, leveraging strong computer competency and time management skills. Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid model, with availability for monthly on-site clinic meetings. Required Qualifications
- Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule
- After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model
- Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings
- Diploma in Practical Nursing (for LPN)
- Active LPN license (for LPN)
- Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree (for RN)
- Active RN license (for RN)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work)
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment
- 2-3 years of experience preferred (for LPN)
- 2-3 years of experience preferred (for RN)
