Job Summary
Primary Care nurse role responsible for managing triage calls/messages, working closely with Providers, and supporting clinic operations. The position offers the option to move to a hybrid work-from-home schedule after training and requires on-site training for three months. Key duties emphasize triage proficiency, strong computer skills, and effective time management in a clinic setting; Epic EMR system experience is highly preferred. Certifications/licensures in nursing (LPN or RN) are required to practice in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- 2-3 years of experience preferred (LPN)
- Active RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the BSN (RN)
