Job Summary
Primary Care RN or LPN role at Mercy Family Medicine in Pacific. Newly created clinic position where the nurse will collaborate with Providers and manage triage calls/messages. After a three-month on-site training period, there is an option to transition to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or holidays; must also attend monthly on-site meetings and 1-2 times per week on-site. Responsibilities include working closely with providers, triage duties, and clinic communications; requires active LPN or RN licensure and relevant nursing education. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license or RN license
- Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing (for LPN) or Associate/Bachelor degree in Nursing or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of degree (for RN)
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred (for both LPN and RN)
- Epic EMR system proficiency (Highly Preferred)
- On-site training prior to hybrid work option
- Ability to manage triage calls/messages
- Proficiency with computer work
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment
