Job Summary
Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic while partnering with providers to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care in a systematic manner. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards, utilizing proficiency with the Epic EMR system and timely patient triage skills. Complete a minimum of three months of on-site training before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid schedule, with availability for monthly on-site clinic meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Active LPN license
- Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing
- Graduation from registered nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree
- Active RN license
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills
- Computer competency
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment
