Job Summary
Outpatient Primary Care leadership role overseeing nursing operations across two clinic sites in a community health setting. Lead and mentor RNs and Medical Assistants, coordinate patient care workflows, drive staff development, and support operational efficiency with occasional direct patient care. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no weekends or call. Emphasizes collaboration within an interdisciplinary primary care environment and leverages modern EMR systems with strong administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-2 years nursing leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- BLS certification REQUIRED
- EMR proficiency REQUIRED
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills REQUIRED
