Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in Mercy Primary Care Clinic under the direction of the primary care operations team. Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers and the clinical care team to deliver safe, timely, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care. Requires RN or LPN licensure within the hiring state or compact licensure, BLS certification, and relevant certifications as determined by unit. Shift is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm at Mercy Downtown Rogers in Rogers, AR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN or LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- Six Assessment & Care Modules or equivalent certifications as required by unit/department
- ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/BLS or other unit-specific certifications as required
