Job Summary
Primary Care RN/LPN at Mercy Downtown Rogers — provides patient-centered, safe, timely, efficient care in a primary care setting under the direction of the operations team. Partners with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes, with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:00am–5:00pm) in Rogers, AR. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- RN or LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
- Additional unit-specific certifications as required (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM)
- Preferred: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office
- Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, reach/bend/kneel/twist/squat
