Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations, clinical practice oversight, and staff engagement for primary care practices in the Greater Boston area. Drive value-based contracting performance by improving population health metrics and achieving targets tied to risk-based agreements. Optimize access to care through innovative models, efficient scheduling, and panel management strategies while fostering longitudinal relationships with patients. Partner with regional specialists to ensure high-quality referred care and collaborate with executive leadership on business and medical strategy implementation. Design retention programs to maintain a qualified workforce and lead organizational change initiatives across clinical functions.
