Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations, clinical practice oversight, and staff engagement for primary care practices in the Greater Boston area. Drive quality-based goals through evidence-based practices, performance measurement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives while optimizing access to care via innovative models and efficient scheduling. Partner with executive leadership to implement business and medical strategies, manage regional specialist relationships, and lead value-based contracting efforts to improve population health metrics and reduce total cost of care. Design and implement retention programs to ensure a qualified workforce and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence. Tenured primary care physician required.
