Job Summary
Directly supervise and mentor a team of seven interdisciplinary healthcare professionals while overseeing four specialized PACT teams dedicated to integrated primary care for Veterans with serious mental illness. Provide high-quality outpatient primary care within a co-located mental health setting and advise colleagues across both primary care and behavioral health. Shape program development, participate in teaching and mentorship, and champion evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement. Serve as Section Chief and Clinic Director to cultivate a culture of excellence and compassion. Work a regular daytime schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Demonstrated physician leadership experience
- Deep commitment to Veteran-centered, team-based care
- Passion for working with individuals living with mental illness and/or homelessness
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills
