Primary Care Provider

Directly supervise and mentor a team of 7 interdisciplinary healthcare professionals while overseeing 4 specialized PACT teams providing integrated primary care for Veterans with co-existing mental health diagnoses. Deliver high-quality outpatient primary care within an innovative, co-located mental health setting and advise colleagues across both primary care and behavioral health. Shape program development, participate in teaching and mentorship, and champion evidence-based care through continuous quality improvement. Serve as Section Chief & Clinic Director for the Mental Health Primary Care section, guiding a multidisciplinary team dedicated to Veterans facing serious mental illness and/or homelessness. Work a regular daytime schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
