Job Summary
Directly supervise and mentor a team of seven interdisciplinary healthcare professionals while overseeing four specialized PACT teams focused on integrated primary care for Veterans with serious mental illness. Provide high-quality outpatient primary care within a co-located mental health setting and advise colleagues across both primary care and behavioral health to shape system-wide best practices. Guide program development, participate in teaching and mentorship, and champion evidence-based care for Veterans facing homelessness. Serve as Section Chief and Clinic Director to cultivate a culture of excellence and compassion for a multidisciplinary team dedicated to life-changing care.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted US medical license
- Demonstrated physician leadership experience
- Deep commitment to Veteran-centered, team-based care
- Passion for working with individuals living with mental illness and/or homelessness
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills
