Primary Care Provider - Physician

Conduct routine and emergency clinic care while supporting health promotion and preventative medicine. Maintain board certification, BLS, and PALS credentials, and keep patient medical records and charges current in the electronic health record. Participate in practice call schedules, organizational meetings, and the peer review program. Supervise colleagues as needed, provide constructive feedback, and serve as a community ambassador. Adhere to CHP policies, HIPAA regulations, and compliance protocols while managing administrative tasks with precision. Maintain an active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license and specialty board certification.
