Primary Care Provider - Physician

Conduct routine and emergency clinic care while supporting health promotion and preventative medicine. Maintain board certification, BLS, and PALS, and submit patient charges and medical records to the electronic health record in a timely fashion. Participate in the practice call schedule, peer review program, and organizational meetings. Serve as a community ambassador for CHP, provide constructive feedback to colleagues, and supervise staff as needed. Adhere to all compliance protocols, HR policies, and HIPAA regulations while managing administrative tasks with quick turn-around time.
