Primary Care Provider - Physician

Conduct routine and emergency clinic care while supporting health promotion and preventative medicine. Maintain board certification, BLS, and PALS, and keep patient medical records and charges current in the electronic health record. Participate in the practice call schedule, organizational meetings, and the peer review program to supervise colleagues as needed. Uphold CHP policies, HIPAA regulations, and professional ethics while serving as a community ambassador. Requires an active Massachusetts medical license, residency completion, and 3+ years of practice experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
