Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care, including health history formulation, physical exams, and management of stable, chronically ill patients. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical problems while providing services in Office Based Opioid Treatment Programs and supporting pharmacy-based Hepatitis C programs. Perform clinical procedures such as joint injections and skin biopsies, prescribe medications, and manage acute illnesses or emergencies. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care teams to implement person-centered care plans, participate in provider education sessions, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Adhere strictly to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance protocols. Full-time role in Portland, OR, with a base salary of $130K-$180K and up to $10,000 relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current license to practice as a Physician's Assistant
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Physician's Assistant
