Primary Care Provider (PA or NP)

Conduct primary care services as part of a multi-disciplinary team, including examining patients, analyzing records and test results, and preventing or diagnosing illness. Prescribe treatment, administer medication and vaccinations, explain procedures, and manage labs and referrals. Collaborate with physicians, other PAs, NPs, and support staff to deliver patient-centered, holistic care. Maintain a valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS certification.
