Job Summary
Primary Care Provider (MD/DO/FNP/PA) needed for a temporary, 0.75–1.0 FTE position at One Community Health in The Dalles, OR. Provide comprehensive family medicine services in a collaborative clinic setting while covering a provider on leave (Oct 5, 2026–Jun 30, 2027, with potential extension). Work includes managing an ongoing patient panel, delivering patient-centered medical care, and contributing to a mission-driven community health program. Qualifications include board-certified physician/NP/PA credentials and an Oregon license with DEA in good standing; bilingual English/Spanish and Epic EMR experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with current Board Certification
