Job Summary
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to a diverse adult patient population with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a network of specialists within Bristol Health Medical Group, participate in a 5-day work week with shared call coverage, and contribute to an integrated EMR environment. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; eligible for J-1 or H-1B sponsorship. The role emphasizes patient-centered care within a NCQA Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home and includes opportunities for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- MD or DO degree
- Outpatient-only practice
- 5-day work week
- NCQA Level 3 recognized Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) experience preferred? (stated as part of group’s network)
